1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to YS CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGY LTD. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.yscircuits.com (the "Service") operated by YS CIRCUIT.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
YS CIRCUIT provides printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing services, including but not limited to:
- Prototype and production PCB fabrication
- Quick-turn manufacturing services
- High-density interconnect (HDI) PCBs
- Rigid-flex and flexible PCB manufacturing
- PCB assembly services
- Design for manufacturing (DFM) support
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. Ordering and Payment Terms
Orders
By placing an order through our Service, you agree to purchase the products or services as described in your quote. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment
- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your quote or invoice
- We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as listed
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are additional and will be itemized
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering materials and labor incurred.
5. File Requirements and Intellectual Property
File Submissions
When submitting design files for manufacturing, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate Gerber files (RS-274X format preferred)
- Include all necessary layers (copper, solder mask, silkscreen, drill files)
- Follow our DFM guidelines for manufacturability
- Ensure files are free of viruses or malicious code
Intellectual Property Rights
- You retain all ownership rights to your PCB design files
- By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to use them for manufacturing your order
- We will not share your designs with third parties without your consent
- We may use anonymized data for process optimization and quality improvement
- All customer designs are kept confidential under our NDA policy
6. Quality Standards and Warranties
Quality Commitment
YS CIRCUIT is committed to manufacturing PCBs that meet or exceed industry standards, including:
- IPC-A-600 Class 2 and Class 3 acceptance criteria
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
- IATF 16949 automotive standards (where applicable)
Warranty
We warrant that all PCBs will be manufactured according to your specifications and pass our quality control testing. If you receive defective products:
- Notify us within 30 days of receipt
- Provide evidence of the defect (photos, test reports)
- We will, at our discretion, replace, rework, or refund the defective portion
This warranty does not cover defects caused by your design specifications, mishandling, or use beyond normal operating conditions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Lead Times
- Prototype orders: 24-48 hours for standard specifications
- Production orders: 5-15 working days depending on complexity
- Rush services available upon request (additional fees apply)
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders. Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the shipment
- Destination and shipping method selected
- Insurance coverage requirements
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Shipping insurance is recommended.
8. Confidentiality and NDA
We understand that your PCB designs contain valuable intellectual property. We commit to:
- Keep all customer design files confidential
- Delete manufacturing files after order completion (unless requested otherwise)
- Not use customer designs for any purpose other than the customer's order
- Securely destroy or return all customer-supplied materials upon request
For customers requiring additional protection, we offer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with enhanced confidentiality terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- YS CIRCUIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including:
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN)
- Denied Party Screening requirements
- End-use and end-user restrictions
By ordering from us, you certify that the products will not be used for prohibited purposes and will not be re-exported to restricted destinations.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service for:
- Unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal activities
- Manufacturing products that violate international regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Submitting designs containing malicious code or viruses
- Harassment, abuse, or harm toward others
- Interfering with or disrupting our Service or servers
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment or repeated payment failures
- Abuse of our staff or systems
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by:
- Posting the new Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Displaying a notice on our website
- Sending you an email for significant changes
